Maintaining a healthy body includes factors such as regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate sleep. It's like taking care of the vessel that carries you through life's journey. There is not one formula that fits everyone.

We will take into account your specific body-mind constitution and determine an individualized plan including physical practices, dietary guidelines, supplemental remedies, and lifestyle recommendations to maintain balance and prevent illness.

For the Mind: Yoga, often associated with physical postures, is equally powerful for nurturing and strengthening the mind. When we talk about "yoga for the mind," we're referring to the mental and emotional practices that help cultivate mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace. These practices are essential for reducing stress, enhancing focus, and promoting overall mental well-being.

In our time together, we will develop an individualized ‘sadhana’ practice aimed at achieving self-realization, personal growth, and a deeper connection with the divine or the higher self.

For the Soul: One of the fundamental fears of all people is the fear of the unknown. A profound fear of the unknown or change blocks us from growth development.

Using Jyotish, or Vedic astrology, we will figure out some of the path, identify some of the markers, and uncover some of the signals to help you chart your course.
