
True healing rarely happens in isolation. Over 30 years of clinical practice, it became increasingly clear that pain, stress, anxiety, and trauma are never purely physical, nor purely psychological. They live in the complex interplay between body, mind, and nervous system. That understanding is at the heart of this coaching work.
This approach draws on a certification in Functional Nutrition in Chronic Pain, training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and 30 years as a dedicated student of yoga, one of history's oldest mind-body traditions, and one that understood the nervous system long before modern science caught up.
Chronic pain, stress, anxiety, fear, and trauma are not "all in your head" and they are not "just physical" either. Working with that complexity, rather than around it, is what makes this approach different.
Integrative health coaching sits outside the scope of physiotherapy and manual therapy, which means it is available to anyone, anywhere, in person or virtually.
Every session is a safe, unhurried space to talk, learn, and make sense of what your body is going through. You will learn how your nervous system works and how to calm it, and leave with practical tools: movement, breathing practices, and new ways of understanding your pain, that you can use right away.
The goal is simple: to give you the knowledge and tools to understand what your body is telling you, build lasting resilience, and move forward free from pain and fear.
